About Me
I've been boxing and training people for over 20 years. I fight professionally, 7-2-3, ranked #12 in Canada at Super Lightweight. There is nothing better than watching someone realize they're stronger than they thought, and that's what keeps me doing this.
My clients range from 7 years old to 65. Some are preparing for a fight. Some have never worked out a day in their life. I love getting people out of their comfort zone and showing them what they're capable of.
How I Train
Your Schedule, Your Program
I have bookings available mornings, evenings, and weekends. We find a time that works and we stick to it.
Boxing-Based Conditioning
Footwork, core, cardio, coordination. I love this work, and my clients feel the difference in how they move and how they feel.
A Real Outlet
You walk in carrying whatever the day threw at you, and you walk out having done something about it. That's why I love this work.
Purposeful, Every Session
I build every session with a purpose. You'll feel it in your strength, your endurance, and how you carry yourself.

I've seen too many people burn out chasing short-term intensity. I build around where you're starting and where you're going, with the long game in mind.

It's just you and me. I know where you started, where you're going, and what's been holding you back, and every session is built around that.
Training Packages
60 minutes per session. Between sessions I help with meal planning, give you things to work on, and I'm always reachable if something comes up.
